A1:

A standard user can mount only user home folders. An administrator user can mount their own home folders as well as any mounted file system (the entire hard drive, CD-ROM, disk image, and so on).

You enable AFP, SMB, and FTP file sharing in the Services pane of Sharing preferences.

A3:

Your computer's main web page is located in /Library/WebServer/Documents. If you selected English as your language during installation, the name of the file is index.html.en.

A4:

You would enter http://client.example.com/~nancy followed by a Return.

A5:

Verify that the appropriate file-sharing protocol is enabled; verify network connection between the two computers; if using Windows, verify that the account is allowed to log in; check permissions.
